Dielectric Testing (DT) is a nondestructive method of introducing an electrical current into an insulated component to determine it’s ability to protect against electrical current. Domson uses DT in the field to determine if insulated booms and controls on utility equipment, such as bucket trucks and digger derricks, are safe to operate in high-risk electrical areas.
